Refund & Returns Policy

At Bloom in the House, we are committed to delivering the freshest and most beautiful flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered.

 

Delivery & Responsibility Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our policy regarding unattended delivery, address accuracy, and re-deliveries.

1. Unattended Delivery
   If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, the parcel will be left at your doorstep to complete the delivery. Once the delivery is left unattended, Bloom in the House cannot be held liable for any subsequent loss, damage, or non-receipt. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

2. Address Accuracy
   The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Bloom in the House is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided at the time of order. No refund or re-delivery will be offered for orders affected by an address error.

3. Re-delivery Due to Inaccessible Location
   If no one is home and there is no safe or suitable location to leave the delivery (e.g., an exposed public entrance, or at the courier’s discretion), the delivery will be cancelled and returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s request, subject to an additional delivery fee. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation Terms

Orders may only be cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Orders that have entered the preparation or delivery phase are final and non-refundable.

 

Complaints & Issues
Please note: All complaints must be submitted within 36 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to address issues reported after this period.
