Delivery Information

Service Area & Days
We deliver to Melbourne Metropolitan suburbs within a 25km radius.
Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Timeframes
Please note that our courier cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time due to variables such as traffic conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

Same-Day Delivery
Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 11:00AM (Melbourne Time) on each delivery day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery & Responsibility Policy
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following important policies regarding unattended delivery, address accuracy, and re-deliveries.

1. Unattended Delivery
   If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, the parcel will be left at your doorstep to complete the delivery. Once the delivery is left unattended, Bloom in the House cannot be held liable for any subsequent loss, damage, or non-receipt. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

2. Address Accuracy
   The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Bloom in the House is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided at the time of order. No refund or re-delivery will be offered for orders affected by an address error.

3. Re-delivery Due to Inaccessible Location
   If no one is home and there is no safe or suitable location to leave the delivery (e.g., an exposed public entrance, or at the courier’s discretion), the delivery will be cancelled and returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s request, subject to an additional delivery fee. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
